Estimated Delivery: 5–14 business days, depending on the country and logistics partner.
We primarily use reliable regional couriers and DHL Express for cross-border African deliveries.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can:

Incorrect Address: Please confirm your shipping details before checkout. We are not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If marked delivered, but not received, please contact the carrier. Digitile Hub is not responsible for items after delivery confirmation.
Possible Delays: External factors like bad weather or customs clearance may occasionally cause delivery delays. We appreciate your patience.
We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
